3. Quran Content

4. Intellectual Property
The TathirQuran name, logo, and app design are owned by Five S LLC. Quran translations displayed within TathirQuran belong to their respective scholars or estates and are used with permission or from the public domain. No ownership of any Quranic text is claimed by Five S LLC.
5. Prohibited Use
You may not use TathirQuran or its content for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Five S LLC. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell the TathirQuran app or its content.
6. Disclaimer
TathirQuran is not a substitute for qualified Islamic scholarship. The app is offered as a spiritual aid and convenience. No fatwa, religious ruling, or scholarly opinion is expressed or implied by the content of the app.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Santa Clara County, California.
